How much notice do you need for a cake?
Most cakes need 24 hours’ notice. Seasonal and tiered cakes need 48 hours. Ask in store or send us an enquiry for anything sooner.
Do you make eggless cakes?
Several of our cakes and cookies are eggless, and each product page lists dietary information. We can make eggless versions of most celebration cakes with 48 hours’ notice.
Can I add a message to my cake?
Yes. Inscriptions up to 30 characters are free. Tell the store team when you order or include it in your enquiry.
Do your products contain nuts?
Many do, and every product is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. Allergens are listed on each product page.
How long do pastries keep?
Croissants and viennoiserie are best the day they are baked. Cakes keep for two days refrigerated; tea cakes for four days in an airtight box.
